Is there any way to get at this data? Can I somehow create/simulate a RAID config with the two hard drives in a dock attached to my PC (Windows 10)? I'm guessing the hard drives themselves are fine as they both spin up, the problem is how do I access the data on them? And accessing the NAS via network doesn't seem to work obviously. It has two USB 3.0 ports on it, but as far as I know I can't use those to connect it to my PC. So my best guess is the networking component of this NAS is dead. If I remove the hard drives and put them in a dock connected to my PC, they spin/get power, but aren't shown in Disk Management (due to no RAID controller?). It housed/houses two 2TB 3.5" hard drives, I'm assuming in a RAID configuration. So, at this point I'm just trying to get the data off of the hard drives that were in it.

Upon powering it back on, same situation, no networking lights, powers on but isn't visible on the network, only way to power off is pull the plug. But pressing/holding the power button in order to turn it off didn't work, so I had no choice but to pull the plug. Resetting the NAS (confirmed this doesn't wipe the date via Seagate's website) was my next option, so I held the reset button and tried powering the NAS off. The fan was going on the NAS, the hard drives spinning, and the front power lights were on, so it's not completely dead. Trying a different port on router, the second Ethernet port on the back of the NAS, and a different Ethernet cable yielded no luck. Going to the router's web page, the NAS wasn't under connected devices, and couldn't be located via Seagate's software either. Once on site, I saw that the Ethernet lights on the back of the NAS were out, as was the status light for that connection on the router.

The other day they called and said they couldn't access the data. So at one of the buildings/companies we support, they were using a Seagate NAS, an SRN02D specifically, to store some data.
